Welcome to mpo035. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the mpo035 website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by mpo035 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you ("you", "the User", "Member") accept and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Member to access the Platform's services.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a game, sporting event, or other betting market offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by mpo035 to Members, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by a Member into their Account for the purpose of wagering.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Member's Account balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or another jurisdiction where the use of the Platform is not prohibited by law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. mpo035 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity (such as a national ID card, passport, or driver's license) at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
• Date of birth
• Residential address
• Valid email address
• Mobile telephone number
• Preferred currency (IDR for Indonesian residents)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify mpo035 immediately via our 24/7 live chat support or by emailing [email protected].

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with mpo035. The creation of multiple Accounts, whether by the same individual or in collusion with others, is strictly prohibited. mpo035 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. If we determine that you have opened multiple Accounts, we reserve the right to:

• Close all duplicate Accounts immediately without prior notice;
• Void all wagers placed through duplicate Accounts;
• Confiscate any Bonuses, winnings, or funds obtained through duplicate Accounts;
• Retain deposits as liquidated damages for breach of these Terms.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mpo035 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, ranging from Rp 10.000 to Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits are set at Rp 100.000.000 per transaction for major banks and Rp 10.000.000 for e-wallets. Deposits are processed instantly or within 15 minutes, depending on the payment provider's network conditions.

3.2 Deposit Terms

• Deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be rejected or returned.
• mpo035 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
• You may not deposit funds obtained through illegal activities, money laundering, or other criminal conduct. mpo035 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions.

3.3 Withdrawal Policy

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000
• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 per transaction
• Processing Time: Most withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are processed within 5 to 15 minutes. CIMB Niaga, BSI, and other banks may take up to 24 hours. Gold VIP members enjoy express 5-minute processing during peak hours.
• KYC Verification: First-time withdrawals require successful completion of the KYC verification process. You must submit a clear, legible copy of your government-issued photo ID and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last three months. Withdrawals will be held pending verification.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit, where possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable, we may request alternative documentation.

3.4 Wagering Requirements

To prevent money laundering and fraudulent activity, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before a withdrawal can be processed. If you request a withdrawal without meeting this minimum turnover requirement, mpo035 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of up to 15% of the withdrawal amount.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

mpo035 offers various Bonuses and promotional incentives to Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. These terms are published on the Platform at the time the Bonus is claimed and form part of this Agreement.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the Bonus amount. For example, if you receive a Rp 300.000 Bonus, you must place Rp 9.000.000 in qualifying wagers before Bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino: 10% contribution
• Sports Betting: 100% contribution (minimum odds 1.50)
• Togel: 50% contribution

4.3 Bonus Abuse

mpo035 reserves the right to void any Bonus and associated winnings if we determine that a Member has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses;
• Using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting on opposite outcomes);
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate Bonus offers;
• Exploiting technical errors or game malfunctions to gain unfair advantage.

5. Betting Rules and Game Play

5.1 General Betting Principles

All bets placed on the Platform are governed by the specific rules of the game or market in question. mpo035 offers a wide range of betting products, including sports betting (football, basketball, tennis, badminton, MotoGP, E-sports), live casino games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat), togel (Indonesian lottery), sabung ayam (cockfighting), and online slots. Each category has its own set of rules, available in the "Game Rules" section of the Platform.

5.2 Sports Betting

• Odds Accuracy: Odds are displayed in real-time but may fluctuate due to market conditions. The odds accepted at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). If a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
• Asian Handicap (Voor Bola): Half-win and half-loss outcomes are calculated according to standard Asian handicap rules. Quarter-line handicaps (e.g., -0.25, -0.75) split the stake between two adjacent lines.
• Mix Parlay: All legs must win for the parlay to pay out. If one leg is void, the parlay is recalculated with the remaining legs.

5.3 Casino Games

6.2 Underage Gambling

• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, game titles, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of mpo035 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. mpo035 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mpo035 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you to your Account in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9.3 Force Majeure

mpo035 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, accidents, strikes, fuel or energy shortages, transportation disruptions, server failures, internet outages, or actions by government authorities.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Customer Complaints

10.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12. Account Closure and Termination

12.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If you wish to reopen a closed Account, you must submit a written request, which will be reviewed at mpo035's sole discretion.

12.2 Termination by mpo035

mpo035 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused Bonuses, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination, all Bonuses and pending wagers will be voided, and we may retain any remaining balance as liquidated damages.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to our Privacy Policy. We process your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and maintain strict confidentiality standards. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
